Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa Istanbul

The location was perfect, close to a popular street but not too noisy. And having a hospital right across the hotel was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing stay. the staff members at the reception were friendly and efficient.

The spa facilities were a letdown as they were not functioning properly and managed by another company. This made accessing the spa inconvenient and disappointing.

Our stay at Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa was fantastic! The staff were great too ensure our comfort and safety. One staff member even escorted us to the nearby Hava bus stop to make sure we were okay. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and had a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The location was convenient and within walking distance to Taksim Square. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

Fairly clean and lovely hotel, brilliant location very close to Taksim square Metro station. Got very tasty breakfasts with nice options and boiled eggs, as for instance. Our cozy room was excellent, we had tons of space. The staff was really kind, we had helpful and everything was great.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The staff, especially Ms. Duygu, were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with amenities like air-conditioning, mini fridge, and TV. The breakfast offered a variety of options and fresh fruits.

Cozy hotel, warm rooms, good area. The rooms were with balcony, loved it. The central location and best staff were the highlight of this nice stay. The fact that Taksim subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. They were pretty good too make sure we had a great stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and close to public transportation. Another advantage was the cozy and clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We encountered some issues with the plumbing. There was no hot water for two days, a major inconvenience.

Efficient and polite reception, great SPA treatment, helpful staff like Mr Ayob, beautifully decorated lobby and rooms, nice swimming pool, close to Taksim Square, great breakfast with variety of food, friendly and helpful staff like Anastasia and Ahmet.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the room had ample space. The staff provided excellent service, even accommodating our late check-out and looking after our luggage. The hotel I stayed at was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Taksim Square and the main high street with shops, bars, and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay here! This place is situated in a very steep area of the street which gave us an amazing view of the surroundings. The service was impeccable with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service all available to us. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and were given tours/ticket assistance to help us plan our trip. The rooms were clean, soundproofed, and included amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The spa and wellness centre were luxurious, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage options.

The staff did not clean tables or provide any form of service during breakfast. However, we would highly recommend this hotel to families as it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
